Return& Exchanges Policy

 

If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please contact us by e-mail. Please state your reason for return, your Order Confirmation Number and advise if you would like an exchange or refund within 30 days.

 

Return or exchange must be in the same order and condition as received not worn or marked. Cost associated with deliveries are paid by you. Please keep your registered delivery receipt including our receipt and advise us accordingly.

 

Upon arrival to our store, your items will be examined by your quality control team to ensure they meet our strict exchange standard and we will contact you in relation to your return. If any items are not in original condition, or have been squashed or damage during transit, we are unfortunately unable to accept them for an exchange or credit note.

 

The item returned or exchanged must be well packed, so it is not damaged in transportation.

 

Overseas purchase are subject to import duties, taxes and custom clearance fees in your country. This must be coordinated

by you with your customs clearance agent. As you the importer have the sole authority and question to due with this.

From our side we will assist you with any reasonable assistance you require.
